2024年6月，博爱新开源医疗科技集体股份有限公司宣布，通过联合国全球契约组织（UN Global Compact）审核，正式加入UNGC。新开源承诺将支持联合国全球契约组织关于人权、劳工、环境和反腐败的十项原则，将十项原则更广泛地应用于未来的经营活动中，并定期汇报进展。
联合国全球契约组织由时任联合国秘书长安南于2000年发起成立，是目前世界上最大、最具影响力的推进企业社会责任和可持续发展的国际组织，并最早提出ESG概念，即环境（Environmental）、社会（Social）、公司治理（Governance），倡导企业不再紧盯盈利单一指标，而是从ESG着手，寻求长期可持续发展。截至目前，联合国全球契约组织拥有来自170多个国家的超过24000家参与企业和利益相关方参与者。
新开源集团成立21年以来，本着“用心 创新”的企业精神，秉承“服务客户，成就员工，回报股东，造福社会”的企业使命，坚持走可持续发展的道路，将环保、安全、社会责任、商业道德等ESG核心理念制度化，执行于业务发展中。2024年4月，新开源发布《2023年度环境、社会和公司治理ESG报告》，自愿披露了目前公司ESG工作的全面数据和情况。

In June 2024, Boai NKY Medical Holdings Ltd. (NKY Group) announced that it has been approved by United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), officially joined the UNGC. NKY Group is committed to support the UNGC's ten principles on human rights, Labour, environment and anti-corruption, apply the ten principles more broadly to future business activities, and report regularly on progress.
The United Nations Global Compact, initiated by then-UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan in 2000, is the world's largest and most influential international organization promoting corporate social responsibility and sustainable development, and was the first to put forward the concept of ESG. Namely, Environmental (Environmental), Social (Social) and corporate Governance (Governance), advocating that enterprises no longer focus on a single indicator of profit, but start from ESG to seek long-term sustainable development. To date, the UNGC has over 24,000 participating companies and stakeholders from more than 170 countries.
