全球电源和集成电路（IC）测试解决方案供应商——华峰测控（AccoTEST），首台在马来西亚槟城工厂生产制造的测试机STS8300，在全球半导体封测供应商友尼森（Unisem）位于马来西亚霹雳州怡宝的工厂完成装机。本次装机的STS8300是一款多功能（all-in-one）模拟和混合信号测试系统。

AccoTEST, a global provider of power and integrated circuit (“IC”) test solutions, has its first locally assembled tester installed at Unisem, a global provider of semiconductor assembly and test services. The newly installed tester STS8300, is an all-in-one analog and mixed-signal test system.
Headquartered in China, AccoTEST’s Penang operation and production plant represents a strategic expansion in Southeast Asia. With local assembly capabilities and a reliable supply chain, the Penang facility is well-positioned to serve global customers. Unisem, Ipoh, also celebrates its first STS8300 system, transitioning from a decade-long partnership with AccoTEST using STS8200 test systems — analog, power discrete, and module testers. The STS8300 enables Unisem to broaden its customer base, offering compatible test solutions for China design house and IDM’s in the greater Southeast Asia region.
Bryan Leow, AccoTEST SEA Sales Vice President, expressed delight at meeting Unisem’s production requirements, “Unisem’s confidence and trust in AccoTEST’s technology drives our continuous investment in innovating our products and services.” The STS8300, a highly scalable platform, features application circuitry tailored for PMIC, SPS, IPD, BMS IC, and upcoming AI and data center applications, including automotive high-power applications.
