The SmartGen lean management journey began in 2011, and today, with the cool autumn breeze, another 5S-themed lean event "Horizontal, Vertical, and Lean 5S Q&A Contest" has come to a perfect conclusion. The event, spanning two months, not only revisited the essence of 5S, deepening understanding and expanding application but also optimized workflow processes, marking another significant step forward on the lean management journey.

Outstanding Departments: Congratulations to the Enterprise Management Center, Sales Center, and New Energy Division for their exceptional performance and team spirit, which earned them excellent results.

Outstanding Individuals: Lean has always been a core concept in SmartGen's management philosophy. We are proud that generation after generation of outstanding lean practitioners continue to emerge, bringing new vitality to the entire organization.

Highlights of the Event

5S Knowledge Assessment: Through the challenge of random questions, we saw everyone's mastery of 5S knowledge.

5S Q&A Contest: On-site questionnaires, knowledge rapid-fire questions, and identification of non-compliance items not only integrated practical operations with theory effectively but also promoted team collaboration.

Horizontal and Vertical: From departmental organization to cross-departmental inspections, and then to consolidation and maintenance, each step reflected our commitment and determination towards 5S.
