10月19日下午，众智科技联合郑州高新区工会，邀请国内著名心理咨询师杜易恒老师带来了以“放下期待，努力奔跑，重拾心灵”为主题的“心理与情绪管理”讲座。
先来个小测试吧，测测你的压力有多大。精神压力超低的朋友可别得意太早，你的做事动力可能也不高哦！
紧接着，杜老师通过解析两个公式：幸福感指数、压力指数，引导大家进入减轻压力的第一个层次——放下期待，遇见最初的自己。
然后，杜老师和大家进行了互动，从释义、哲学、现实三个角度，带着大家进入释放焦虑的第二个层次——努力奔跑，遇见未知的自己。
最后，大家分享了人生中梦想成真的时刻，从心理学、道德经、量子力学、吸引力法则等方面，带领大家达到解决压力的最高层次——重拾心灵，遇见更好的自己！
此次活动，增强了大家面对压力时的情绪管理能力，提升了大家对高品质生活与高效率工作的追求，期待大家都能以积极的心态与快乐的情绪拥抱工作与生活！
