近日，启源芯动力携手同力重工为全球矿业巨头力拓集团量身打造的首台91吨换电宽体矿卡正式发布，双方将在力拓位于蒙古国奥尤陶勒盖的（Oyu Tolgoi）铜矿开展纯电换电矿卡技术应用试点项目。这不仅是力拓集团践行ESG理念的生动体现，更是启源芯动力将先进的绿电交通创新成果推向全球，为全球绿色发展和应对气候变化提供的又一切实可行的智慧方案。

Recently, Qiyuan Green Power and Tonly officially launched the first 91-ton battery swapping wide-body mining truck, tailor-made for Rio Tinto, a global mining giant. Together, the two parties will demonstrate battery swap electric haul truck technology at Rio Tinto’s Oyu Tolgoi copper mine in Mongolia. This initiative not only exemplifies Rio Tinto’s commitment to the ESG principles but also represents Qiyuan Green Power's innovative contribution towards global green development and climate change through advanced electric transportation solutions.

The project proposal  was further optimized in detail by Qiyuan and Rio Tinto through thorough investigation and analysis of the project scenario, adhering to the principle of "efficiency, safety, and comfort".

 高效方面：通过配套建设电动矿卡智能柔性充换电设备，实现约7分钟一次满电电池更换，有效提升了矿区整体运营效率；

Efficiency:By facilitating the installation of intelligent and movable charging and battery swapping equipment, the electric mining truck can rapidly replenish energy within a span of 7 minutes, thereby significantly enhancing the overall operational efficiency of the mining area.

 安全方面：电气系统的防护等级从常规的IP54提升至IP65，同时增设了消防转运隔离舱，为紧急情况提供安全保障；

Safety: The electrical system's protection level has been upgraded from the conventional IP54 to IP65, and a fire transfer isolation chamber has been incorporated to ensure safety during emergencies.

 舒适方面：对驾驶室进行舒适性配置升级，整体提升了智能化水平和舒适度。

Comfort: The cab's comfort configuration has been upgraded, resulting in an enhanced level of intelligence and comfort.
