Proya Cosmetics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "The Company") disclosed the Third-Quarter Report 2024 on the website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (www.sse.com.cn) on October 25, 2024. In order to allow investors to extensively and intensively understand the Company's operation outcomes and financial conditions in the third quarter of 2024, the Company plans to attend Special Collective Performance Presentation for the Beauty Industry on the Shanghai Stock Exchange Main Board for the Third Quarter Report of 2024 at 13:30 - 17:00 on December 3, 2024 (Tuesday), where the Company will answer the question concerned by investors.
