12月3日下午,由上海证券交易所组织的主题为“2024第三季度美妆行业专场集体业绩说明会”活动在上海顺利举行。珀莱雅化妆品股份有限公司(以下简称“珀莱雅”)作为沪市主板公司之一参加了本次业绩说明会。会议以现场交流、视频直播和网络文字互动相结合的方式召开,便于广大投资者多方位参与交流。珀莱雅董事长侯军呈、独立董事葛伟军以及副总、董秘兼财总王莉出席本次业绩说明会。

On the afternoon of December 3, an event themed the “2024 Third Quarter Special Collective Performance Presentation for Beauty Companies” was successfully held in Shanghai, hosted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE). Proya Cosmetics Co., Ltd. (“Proya”), as a representative company listed on the SSE Main Board, participated in this event. The performance presentation was conducted through a combination of in-person discussions, live streaming, and online text interactions, enabling investors to engage and communicate through multiple channels. It was attended by Chairman of Proya, HOU Juncheng, Independent Director, GE Weijun, and Deputy General Manager and CFO cum Board Secretary of Proya, WANG Li.

业绩说明会期间,珀莱雅董事长侯军呈从公司主要业务情况、2024年三季度财务亮点、经营亮点和未来展望四个方面向投资者进行了重点介绍和分享。

During the performance presentation, Chairman HOU Juncheng presented key highlights and shared insights with investors from four main areas: the Company’s main business operations, financial highlights for the third quarter (“Q3”) of 2024, operational achievements, and future outlook.

“公司自成立以来便专注于化妆品行业,致力于构建新国货化妆品产业平台,主要从事化妆品类产品的研发、生产和销售,目前公司自有品牌已经覆盖大众精致护肤、彩妆、洗护、高功效护肤等美妆领域”侯军呈介绍道,此外,他还一一分享了公司主要品牌珀莱雅、彩棠、Off&Relax和悦芙媞的基本情况及公司发展战略。

“Since its establishment, Proya has remained focused on the cosmetics industry, aiming to building a new domestic cosmetics industry platform. It is primarily engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of cosmetic products. Currently, the Company's self-owned brands cover a wide range of beauty segments, including popular exquisite skincare, make-up, body & hair, and high-efficiency skincare,” explained HOU Juncheng. Additionally, he shared detailed information about the Company's key brands — Proya, TIMAGE, Off&Relax, and Hapsode, and elaborated on the Company’s development strategy.

2024年三季度财务亮点方面,2024年1-9月,公司实现营业收入69.66亿元,同比增长32.72%;同年7-9月,实现营业收入19.65亿元,同比增长21.15%……侯军呈表示“总体上看,公司业绩保持良好态势”。

Regarding the financial highlights for Q3 2024, the Company recorded a revenue of RMB6.966 billion for 2024 M1-M9, an increase of 32.72% year-on-year. For 2024 M7-M9, the revenue reached RMB1.965 billion, up by 21.15% year-on-year. “Overall, the Company has maintained a positive performance trend,” HOU Juncheng emphasized.

除此以外,侯军呈还通过产品策略、营销策略、渠道策略、研发策略、可持续发展五个维度全面介绍了公司经营亮点。产品策略层面,深化大单品策略,持续拓展现有品类、推出全新产品,完善产品布局;营销策略层面,秉持品牌理念开展品牌营销活动,不断丰富品牌内核;渠道策略层面,加强精细化运营,持续做好各平台的经营;研发策略层面,专注自主研发,在现有三大研发中心的基础上,积极开展产学研合作;可持续发展层面,建立可持续发展及ESG组织架构,激励性薪酬与ESG绩效挂钩,采用管理模型推进ESG管理目标进展,带动利益相关方提升可持续发展能力,定期披露ESG信息,积极响应资本市场及利益相关方关注。

In addition, HOU Juncheng provided a comprehensive overview of the Company's business highlights from five aspects: product strategy, marketing strategy, channel strategy, R&D strategy, and sustainability. In terms of product strategy, we deepened the hero product strategy, continuously expanded existing categories, launched new products, and improved the product portfolio. On marketing strategy front, we conducted brand marketing activities aligned with our brand philosophy, constantly enriching the brand's essence. Regarding channel strategy, we enhanced refined operations and maintained effective management across various platforms. For the R&D strategy, we focused on independent R&D, actively engaging in industry-academia-research collaborations based on our existing three major R&D centers. In terms of sustainability, we established a sustainability and ESG structure, linking incentive compensation to ESG performance. We adopted a management model to advance ESG management goals, driving stakeholders to enhance their sustainability capabilities. We also disclosed ESG information on a regular basis, and actively responded to the concerns of the capital market and stakeholders.

未来发展方面,侯军呈强调“公司将进一步夯实多品类、多品牌矩阵建设。在研发建设上,公司将继续基于国际化战略,聚焦基础研究、应用研究、临床研究,并加强外部合作,持续完善升级研发体系,不断提升自身研发实力和创新能力”。

In terms of future development, HOU Juncheng emphasized that “the Company will further consolidate the construction of its multi-category and multi-brand portfolio. On R&D construction front, the Company will continue to base its efforts on an international strategy, focusing on fundamental research, applied research, and clinical research. Additionally, we will enhance external collaborations, continuously improve and upgrade our R&D system, and strive to further enhance our R&D capabilities and innovation strength.”

在问答环节中,珀莱雅副总、董秘兼财总王莉就研发、出海、可持续棕榈油圆桌倡议(RSPO)方面的进展以及行业相关等市场和投资者普遍关注的问题做出了耐心解答。

During the Q&A session, Deputy General Manager and CFO cum Board Secretary of Proya WANG Li thoughtfully answered questions on topics such as the progress in R&D, international expansion, and the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) initiative, and other industry-related matters of interest to the market and investors.
