原文：On 29 November 2024, He Fu International Limited ("He Fu") and Brand Master Group Limited ("Brand Master") entered into a voting deed pursuant to which Brand Master has conferred on He Fu control over the exercise of the voting rights attached to the 1,287,700,000 shares in United Energy Group Limited ("UEG") held by Brand Master. As a result, He Fu is also deemed to be interested in the 190,910,000 treasury shares held by UEG.
