VCM100电量采集模块集成了数字化、智能化、网络化技术,实现对发电机组的电压、电流、功率、频率的数据进行采集。
VCM100电量采集模块采用微处理器技术,实现了多种参数的精密测量、定值调节以及阈值整定等功能,使用PC机通过LINK接口调整,其结构紧凑、接线简单、可靠性高,可广泛应用于各类船用/陆用配电设备。
性能特点
1.具有过压、欠压、过频、欠频、逆功率、过功率、过流保护;
2.具有谐波测试功能,可以测试各相电压谐波畸变率和各相电流谐波畸变率;
3.适合于三相四线、三相三线、单相二线、两相三线电源 50Hz/60Hz系统;
4.采集并通过上位机显示发电三相电压、三相电流、频率、功率参数;
5.参数设置功能:允许用户对其参数进行更改设定,同时记忆在内部FLASH存储器内,在系统掉电时不会丢失;
6.供电电源范围宽(8~35)VDC,能适应不同的电源电压环境;
7.所有参数均采用数字化调整,摒弃了常规电位器的模拟调整方法,提高了整机的可靠性和稳定性;
同时,VCM100具有CANBUS接口,可以和HMC4300或HMC9000/HMC6000模块相连接以实现电量数据和发动机同时采集和显示;
船用柴油发动机控制器HMC4300
HMC4300船用柴油发动机控制器可用于单台发动机自动化控制系统,实现发动机的机旁开机/停机、遥控开机/停机、数据测量、显示、报警保护等功能。通过RS485接口,可接入CMM366云监控模块,实现因特网的接入以及GPS定位功能。
HMC4300与VCM100可通过CAN总线进行通信,实时监测发动机的状态,并将数据显示在LCD屏幕上;同时,HMC4300控制器亦可响应CAN总线上的异常报警信息,进行相应的保护动作,确保发动机的安全和稳定运行。

Performance and Characteristics

3.Suitable for 3-phase 4-wire, 3-phase 3-wire, single phase 2-wire, and 2-phase 3-wire systems under frequency of 50/60Hz;
4.Collect and display parameters of 3-phase voltage, 3-phase current, frequency and power;
5.Parameter setting function: users are allowed to set and modify parameters. The parameters shall be stored in the internal FLASH memory, which cannot be lost even in case of power outage;
6.Wide power supply range of (8~35) VDC, which is suitable for different voltages of starting battery;
7.All parameters can be adjusted in digital way, instead of conventional analog modulation with normal potentiometer, improving the reliability and stability of module;
In addition, VCM100 module has a CANBUS interface, which allows it to connect with HMC9000/HMC6000 modules to realize the collection and display of electric data and engine status at the same time.
Marine Diesel Engine Controller HMC4300
HMC4300 Marine Diesel Engine Controller is used for automatic control system of single engine, which can realize engine local/remote start and stop, data measurement, display, and alarm protection. Functions of Internet access and GPS can be realized by connecting with CMM366 cloud monitoring module via the RS485 interface.
The HMC4300 can communicate with VCM100 via CAN bus, monitor the real-time engine status, and display the data on the LCD screen. Besides, it can also respond to abnormal alarms from the CAN bus and take related protection actions to ensure the safety and stable operation of the engine.
