GIM GrapheneFibre has announced the signing of a major agreement with Zhejiang Jinggong Integration Technology Co., Ltd., solidifying a groundbreaking partnership to enhance graphene-enhanced new material production. The agreement includes the purchase of at least 18 advanced production lines over the next six years, with an estimated total value of USD 500 million.

The collaboration represents a significant milestone for both companies. Key terms of the agreement include:

• Phased Delivery: The initial six production lines, valued at USD 171.68 million, will be delivered in stages. The first line is scheduled for immediate implementation, with subsequent lines arriving through 2026.

• Annual Commitment: GIM GrapheneFibre will acquire three production lines annually, ensuring steady expansion of production capabilities.

• Exclusive Territory Rights: Zhejiang Jinggong’s production lines will be supplied exclusively to GIM within the agreed territory, strengthening GIM’s position in the market.

• Performance Guarantee: The contract includes a USD 7.5 million refundable performance guarantee, which will be reimbursed if GIM purchases more than 12 production lines within four years.

This partnership will support GIM GrapheneFibre’s vision of becoming a global leader in graphene-enhanced new materials manufacturing. The advanced equipment from Zhejiang Jinggong will enable GIM to scale its operations and deliver high-performance materials for industries such as aerospace, automotive, and renewable energy.
