赖由亮，江西赣州石城人，国家一级美术师，中国教育电视台《水墨丹青》书画院副院长，中国国画艺术研究院创作室主任，中央美术学院客座教授，山东孔子美术馆副馆长，加拿大皇家艺术学院客座教授，英国牛津艺术学院客座教授，香港美术家协会副主席，江西美术家协会会员,石城美术家协会副主席。2022年，文旅部授牌：中国书画艺术名家赖由亮工作室。

Lai Yuliang, born in Shicheng, Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, is a national first-class artist, vice-president of the Academy of Painting and calligraphy of the China Education Television, director of the Creative Studio of the Chinese Painting Academy, and Visiting Professor of China Central Academy of Fine Arts Art, deputy Director of the Confucius Museum of Art, Visiting Professor of the Royal Canadian Academy of Art, Visiting Professor of the Oxford School of Art, Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Artists Association, and member of the Jiangxi Artists Association, vice President of the Shicheng Artists Association. In 2022, the Ministry of Literature and Tourism Licensing: Chinese painting and calligraphy artist Lai Youliang Studio.
